Where can I purchase tickets to shows at the Ritz Raleigh?

Tickets can be purchased several different ways: online at ritzraleigh.com or livenation.com; over the phone at 800.745.3000; or in person at the venue box office. Box office hours are Monday through Thursday 12-5pm, Fridays 12-4pm. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Are there service fees charged at the box office?
+

The box office service fee is just $2.25 per ticket for shows with a face value less than $20, and $5.50 per ticket for shows with a face value of $20.01 and above.

What are the box office hours?
+

Monday through Thursday 12-5pm, and Fridays 12-4pm. For shows on Saturdays or Sundays, the box office will open two hours before doors. For updates on box office hours during holidays throughout the year, please check our social profiles on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram (@ritzraleigh). The box office is located at the venue: 2820 Industrial Drive, Raleigh NC 27609.

Where should I park?
+

There is parking available at the venue, as well as in a grass lot located diagonally from the venue. Both lots are just $7 to park, and can be paid with either cash or card.

What’s a Fast Lane Pass?
+

Fast Lane Passes are an upgrade that you can purchase in addition to your general admission ticket. They allow you to skip the general admission line and head straight to the doors when you arrive to the venue. These can purchased online when you order your ticket or at the box office for just $10 each. Please note that these are not concert tickets; you still need a general admission ticket to enter the venue. Fast Lane passes are not available for every show; you may contact us via ritzraleigh@gmail.com, social media, or by phone at 919.424.1400 to see if you can purchase Fast Lane for the show you’re attending.

My tickets are at Will Call; what do I need to bring to pick them up?
+

Please bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you to pick up your tickets. Valid ID’s include driver’s license, state identification card, military ID, and passports.

My friend has tickets at Will Call but can’t make it to the show. Can I pick up his tickets and use them?
+

To change the pick-up name for Will Call tickets, your friend needs to go back to his or her original point of purchase. If the tickets were purchased online through LiveNation.com or charged by phone, they need to contact Ticketmaster directly at 800.745.3000. If you are a radio contest winner, Premium Seating purchaser, or a guest of someone in the band, you’ll also need to reach out to your original contact (i.e. the radio station, our Premium Seating manager Dana Dudley, or your friend in the band) and change your Will Call name that way. Please be sure that the name provided matches the name on the ID of whomever will be picking up the tickets.

I think I’m on the Guest List. What do I need to do?
+

If you are on a Guest List for either the house or the artist, your tickets will not be available for pick up at the box office until 30 minutes before doors. You will need to go through the general admission line and security checkpoint first before you can head up to the box office and pick up your tickets. Please bring a valid photo ID with you, and be sure to confirm with your contact prior to the show that your name is on the list to avoid any confusion at the box office.

The show I had tickets to has been cancelled. How do I get a refund?
+

If a show is cancelled, you will be refunded the entire amount, including service fees, via your point of purchase. If your tickets were purchased online via ritzraleigh.com, livenation.com, or charged by phone via Ticketmaster, your credit card will be automatically refunded within 7-10 business days. If you purchased your ticket at the box office with either cash or card, you’ll need to come back to the box office to get your refund. Refunds are only issued if shows are cancelled; we do not issue refunds if you cannot make it to a show.

Can I get something to eat and drink at the show?
+

Absolutely! There are several bars inside the venue, both on the floor and the balcony, that serve beer, liquor, and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as water and soft drinks. We also have a snack counter located by the back hallway that serves popcorn, soft pretzels, and candy. Our bars accept both cash and credit cards. If you are of age and plan on drinking at the show, please bring a valid government issued ID. Expired IDs are not accepted as a form of identification.

Is there seating available inside the venue?
+

The venue is general admission/standing room only. However, we do have Premium Seating available on our balcony for an additional cost to your ticket. This includes a cushioned bar stool, premium sightlines, Fast Lane passes (not available for every show), and access to our private Stella Artois Lounge upstairs. For inquiries on Premium Seating, please contact Cherry Mashue at 919.424.1352 or RitzPremiumSeats@livenation.com

I need ADA seating; who do I need to contact to reserve a seat?
+

We do have ADA accommodations available for those who need it. Please contact Stephanie Blum at 919.424.1401 or stephanieblum@livenation.com prior to the show. When you arrive to the venue, please let our ticket scanners out front know that you have ADA seating reserved, and we’ll show you to your seat.

Where can I purchase Meet and Greet packages?
+

I’m coming to line up early so I can get a good spot at the show. Can I use the bathroom inside the venue?
+

Unfortunately, no; we cannot allow you to come into the venue to use the bathroom before doors open. There is a McDonald’s and a gas station located around the corner, and a Costco across the street (if you have a Costco membership).

Is camping/tailgating allowed in the parking lot?
+

There is no tailgating/camping permitted in the parking lot.

I’ve lost an item during the show; where can I go to find it?
+

If you notice you are missing an item during a show, check with our security or Ritz Raleigh staff at the front doors to see if we have your item. Unless lost items are handed into event staff, we don’t locate them until well after the show. You can always give us a call at 919.424.1400 to see if we found your item after the show.
