Door Time: Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time, but times differ per show! Check your ticket and our social media channels for the most up-to-date times.
Bag Policy: Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Cashless Payments: All concession, bar and ticket sales, once in the venue, will only accept credit or debit cards and/or mobile pay. Cashless payments are encouraged for ticket purchases at the box office.Â
Mobile Ticketing: All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

YES you can buy tickets at the box office! The box office at The Ritz is open on-day-of-show starting approximately two hours before door time. Anytime the window is open, we can sell tickets for ANY event we have inventory for. Call us to check inventory for your event! (919) 424-1400, press 1 for the box office.
If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.livenation.com/refund for more information. We look forward to seeing you at our next show at The Ritz.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void. We cannot access purchase information from a third party vendor.

We have two Ritz official, venue-owned parking lots with accessible parking spots. Both lots are $15 to park on show day and can be paid with a credit card, Apple pay, Google pay, tap-to-pay, or cash. Purchase these tickets in advance for a discount!
Premier Parking is available to all shows and gets you closest to the venue. We have two options:Â Front row parking and Gold Reserve parking. Buy in advance as these sell out quickly!

We do have accessible seating! Located on a raised viewing platform inside the venue, with an accessible ramp, seating on this platform is available on a first come, first served basis. We recommend that guests who require accessible seating arrive early to the venue and may convene near the Box Office. When it is time to open doors the venue will prioritize entry for our patrons that need a little extra time. Read more about accessibility services here.

IMPORTANT NOTES: - Although the Jupiter Lounge offers amazing sight lines from upstairs on the mezzanine, it does NOT include balcony seating. You can take a break and rest your legs in the private bar! Seats and bar tables along the balcony can be purchased separately, please email ritzpremiumseating@livenation.com.
- The Jupiter Lounge is an UPGRADE ONLY, meaning it does not include a ticket to see the show. Event tickets must be purchased separately.
- The Jupiter Lounge is on the second floor and can only be accessed via the front lobby stairs. Restrooms are on the main floor.
The venue is general admission/standing room only. However, we do have Premium Seating available in the mezzanine with purchase of a seating upgrade. You must already have purchased your GA tickets in order to be eligible to purchase a seat upgrade. This upgrade includes a reserved seat with premium sight lines, Fast Lane passes (subject to availability), and access to our private Jupiter Lounge. Fast Lane passes are an upgrade that you can purchase in addition to your general admission ticket. Fast Lane passes allow you to skip the general admission line and head straight to the doors when the venue opens. These are available online and can be purchased in a bundle with your GA ticket or as an add-on to your GA ticket at a later time. Fast Lane passes are available until doors open so please arrive before your show's scheduled door time to utilize your pass. Please note that these are not concert tickets; you still need a general admission ticket to enter the venue.
PLEASE NOTE: Fast Lane passes are not available for every show; If you are having trouble adding Fast Lane to your order, you may contact us by phone at (919) 424-1400 to check on availability for your show.
If you notice you are missing an item during a show, you can check with any member of our staff to see if we have your item. Unless lost items are handed into venue staff during a show, we don’t locate them until well after the show ends. You can check out our CrowdFind page to view all lost and found items and submit a claim to come pick up your item.
Unless otherwise noted, all shows are all ages! You can check the age restriction for any show by visiting our website and clicking on “Event Details” located next to the show you want to attend. Minors are not required to have an adult present with them to attend an all ages show.

Small digital cameras are allowed; DSLR cameras with detachable lenses are not. GoPros and audio recording equipment are also not permitted into the venue.
Absolutely! There are several bars inside the venue, both on the floor and the balcony, that serve beer, liquor, and wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages such as premium mocktails, Liquid Death water, and soft drinks. We also serve a variety of small snacks and fresh popcorn; just follow the scent!
Coolers of filtered water are available for free throughout the venue!
Our bars accept all major credit cards. If you are of age and plan on drinking at the show, please bring a valid government issued ID. Expired IDs, photos/scans/paper copies of IDs are not accepted as a form of identification.
Once you are in the venue, you may not come back inside if you choose to leave. Please make sure you have everything you need before you enter the venue; we cannot allow you to return to your car to grab a forgotten item. We do have a large, secured outdoor patio with seating, a bar, and screens broadcasting the show inside if you need to make a phone call in a quieter area or need to get some air and sit down for a minute!
No shoes, no shirt, no service. We recommend dressing comfortably; as we are a general admission/standing room only venue, you’ll be on your feet for the majority of the show!

According to North Carolina state law, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the venue. However, we do have an outdoor smoking patio where you can smoke during the show. The doors to access the patio are located on the back wall directly opposite from the stage; just look for the neon cigarette signs.
To purchase a Meet and Greet package, please check the artist’s website or the ticketing page for the event. We do not sell Meet and Greet packages through our Premium Seating program, nor at our box office.
To change the pick-up name for Will Call tickets, your friend needs to go back to his or her original point of purchase. If the tickets were purchased online through our website, Live Nation, or Ticketmaster, they need to contact Ticketmaster directly at (800) 745-3000. If you are a radio contest winner, Premium Seating purchaser, or a guest of someone in the band, you’ll also need to reach out to your original contact and change your Will Call name that way. Please ensure that the name provided matches the name on the ID of whomever will be picking up the tickets.
If you are on the HOUSE Guest List, your tickets will be available for pick up at the box office 30 minutes before doors. If you are on the ARTIST guest list, your tickets will be available once the house has been provided with the artist guest list; timing for this is at the discretion of the artist. You will need to go through the general admission line and security checkpoint first before you can head up to the box office and pick up your tickets. Please bring a valid photo ID with you and be sure to confirm with your contact prior to the show that your name is on the list to avoid any confusion at the box office.

There is no tailgating/camping permitted in the parking lot.
If a show is cancelled, you will be refunded the entire amount, including service fees, via your point of purchase. If your tickets were purchased online via our website, Live Nation, or Ticketmaster, your credit card will be automatically refunded within 7-10 business days. If you purchased your ticket in person at the box office you’ll need to contact the Box Office to process your refund. Call the Box Office at (919) 424-1400, press 1 – or come in person during box office hours!. Refunds are only issued if shows are cancelled; we do not issue refunds if you cannot make it to a show.
If your show is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event.
We are a Live Nation / Ticketmaster venue; tickets obtained anywhere that is NOT Live Nation or Ticketmaster is considered a third party vendor. We cannot issue refunds for purchases conducted under a third party vendor.
The Ritz Raleigh is considered a private club by North Carolina alcohol laws. We're required to issue memberships to all guests attending a show here at the venue. When you purchase tickets to an upcoming show, you'll automatically be enrolled as a member of the venue. You do not need a membership card to be admitted into the venue, your membership information is stored safely and internally at the venue.
